CC7 Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules, Play With Confidence

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and CC7 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing the CC7 website at cc7.bz, downloading the CC7 mobile app or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

CC7 operates as an online entertainment platform providing Sports Betting, Live Casino, Fish Games, Bingo and related gaming services. All services are intended solely for adult entertainment and are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and CC7.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use a CC7 account. CC7 strictly prohibits access by minors. We may request proof of age at any time, and accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending verification or permanently closed.

One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold one CC7 account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, email address, phone number, payment method or device — are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are identified, CC7 reserves the right to close the additional accounts, void any associated bonuses and restrict withdrawals pending investigation.

Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate and complete information when registering your account, including your real name, date of birth and contact details. CC7 uses this information to verify your identity before processing withdrawals. Providing false information is grounds for permanent account closure.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. CC7 will not be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate account security.

• Use a strong, unique password for your CC7 account.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact CC7 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan to use CC7 services.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Currency: All CC7 transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees. The amount you deposit in PKR is the amount that arrives in your CC7 balance.

Supported Payment Methods: CC7 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and debit or credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may change and current options are displayed on the Deposits page within your account.

Deposit Processing: Most deposits are credited to your CC7 balance immediately or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours during business days. VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with our anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedures.

Withdrawal Conditions: The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus balance must be fully wagered before the bonus component can be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in your account at the time of request.
• CC7 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawals may be delayed where there is a suspected security concern or ongoing investigation.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

CC7 offers a range of bonuses including the welcome deposit bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers, Cricket season promotions, free bets and VIP-exclusive rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the Promotions page as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 15x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be bet a total of 15 times in qualifying games before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

Maximum Bet Rule: When you have an active bonus balance, the maximum stake per bet or spin is PKR 500 (or the equivalent in the game denomination), unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the specific bonus terms. Bets above this limit placed while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports Betting and Live Casino typically contribute 100% per stake wagered. Slots contribution varies by title. Certain games may be excluded entirely. The eligible game list for each bonus is specified in the individual promotion terms.

Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. If the wagering requirement is not completed within this period, the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings will be removed. Your real-money balance is never affected by bonus expiry.

• Only one deposit bonus can be active per deposit unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process.
• CC7 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to amend bonus terms with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. CC7 reserves the right to decline bonus eligibility where excessive bonus-seeking behaviour is identified.

5. Sports Betting Rules

CC7 Sports Betting covers Cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series and major ICC tournaments — as well as Football, Esports and other sporting events. The following general rules apply to all Sports Betting activity on the platform.

Bet Acceptance: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. CC7 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets accepted in error — for example where an obvious pricing error has occurred — may be voided at CC7's discretion.

Live Betting: In-play bets on Cricket and Football are subject to brief delays during processing. Once a bet is confirmed by the system, it stands unless the event is subsequently voided. Live bet odds update in real time and the odds shown at placement are the odds that apply to the settled bet.

Void Bets: A bet will be voided if the event is abandoned, postponed beyond 48 hours or if insufficient play has occurred to determine a result. In the case of a void bet, the stake is returned to the player's real-money balance in full.

Cricket-Specific Rules: For PSL and international cricket matches, the following additional conditions apply:

• Match winner markets settle on the official result including any Super Over.
• In a Duckworth-Lewis reduced match, the official DLS result is used for settlement.
• Player performance markets (e.g. top batsman, most sixes) require the player to have batted or bowled at least one delivery to be considered active in the market.
• If a match is reduced to fewer than the minimum specified overs, certain markets may be voided — this will be stated in the individual market rules.

Bet Settlement: Bets are settled once the official result is confirmed. CC7 uses widely recognised official sources for result verification. In the event of a dispute, CC7's decision on settlement is final, subject to the formal dispute process outlined in these Terms.

6. Casino, Fish Games & Bingo

CC7's Casino section includes Live Casino tables, Slots and table games. Fish Games and Bingo operate under their own gameplay rules which are displayed within each game. The following general terms apply across all game types.

Game Integrity: All Casino games on CC7 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streams from verified studio providers. The outcome of each game round is independent of previous rounds. CC7 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Disconnection Policy: If your internet connection drops during a game round, the round will continue to completion according to the game's rules. For Live Casino games, the round will be settled based on the outcome that occurred at the table. Any winnings will be credited to your account automatically once the connection is restored.

Game Errors: In the event of a game malfunction — for example, a software error that produces an incorrect display — the affected game round will be voided and stakes returned. Winnings paid as a result of a verifiable technical error are not valid and may be reversed.

Fish Games: Fish Games are skill-influenced arcade games where players purchase ammunition and target fish to earn credits. All Fish Game outcomes include a random element. Credits earned in Fish Games can be converted to your real-money balance at the rate displayed within the game.

Bingo: Bingo games run on a scheduled basis throughout the day. Tickets must be purchased before the game commences. Late purchases may not be accepted once the draw begins. Bingo prizes are distributed as displayed in the pre-game lobby for each room.

7. VIP Programme

The CC7 VIP programme rewards consistent real-money players with increasing benefits as they progress through Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers. VIP points are earned automatically on all qualifying real-money wagers across Sports Betting, Casino, Fish Games and Bingo.

Points Accumulation: The number of points earned per PKR wagered varies by game category and is displayed in the VIP section of your account. Points earned on bonus-funded wagers do not count towards VIP tier progression.

• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, or systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner not intended for recreational players.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in Poker-style or multi-player game formats.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, particularly where this exploits CC7's odds in a systematic manner.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, macros or any other automated tools to place bets or interact with games on CC7 is strictly prohibited.
• Fraudulent Payments: Using stolen, compromised or unauthorised payment credentials to make deposits. Any funds deposited via fraudulent payment methods will be removed and the account permanently closed.
• Money Laundering: Using CC7 accounts as a vehicle for laundering money or processing funds from illegal sources. CC7 cooperates fully with relevant authorities where financial crime is suspected.

9. Responsible Gaming

CC7 takes responsible gaming seriously. Online gaming is an adult entertainment activity and should always be approached as such — with a set budget, a time limit and the understanding that losses are a normal part of the experience.

11. Limitation of Liability

CC7 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain a reliable, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions.

CC7's liability to any player is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time of any claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of opportunity or any consequential damages arising from the use of CC7 services.

CC7 is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses resulting from shared login credentials or compromise of the player's device.

12. Amendments to These Terms

CC7 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — those that meaningfully affect player rights or obligations — will be communicated via a notice on the CC7 website and, where possible, by email to the registered account address, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before they take effect.

Continued use of the CC7 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

The version of these Terms applicable to any dispute is the version in force at the time the relevant activity occurred. For the avoidance of doubt, amendments do not apply retrospectively to bets, deposits or transactions already completed prior to the effective date of the amendment.
