Quick Login via JazzCash or Easypaisa

What to Do If You Cannot Log In

Forgotten passwords are the most common reason players have trouble logging in. If that is your situation, tap the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter the mobile number or email address associated with your CC7 account. CC7 will send a password reset code to your registered contact. Enter the code on the reset page, create a new strong password and you are back in. The whole process typically takes under two minutes.

If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number — for example, if you changed your SIM — contact CC7's 24/7 support team directly. They will ask you to verify your identity through alternative means, such as providing account details or submitting a CNIC copy.
