CC7 FAQ — Quick Answers for Pakistan Players

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password?". Enter the mobile number or email address linked to your CC7 account. A reset code will be sent to you — enter it on the reset screen, choose a new password and you are back in. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, contact CC7 support directly. They will verify your identity using your account details and help you regain access safely.

No. CC7 allows only one account per person. Creating duplicate accounts is against our Terms and Conditions and can result in all accounts being suspended and balances frozen. If you are having trouble accessing your existing account — for example, you changed your SIM card or forgot which email you used — contact support and they will help you recover the original account rather than needing to start fresh.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal above a certain threshold. Go to your Account Settings, select the Verification section and upload a clear photo of your CNIC (front and back). Verification is usually completed within a few hours. Once approved it is a permanent record — you will not need to repeat it for future withdrawals. KYC protects both you and the platform from fraud and unauthorised transactions.

Log in to your account and go to Security Settings. Select "Enable 2FA" and choose SMS verification. CC7 will send a test code to your registered Pakistan mobile number to confirm it is working. Once enabled, every future login will require both your password and a one-time code sent to your phone. CC7 supports all major Pakistan payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast (instant bank transfer), direct Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR. You do not need to use the same method for deposits and withdrawals — for example, you can deposit via JazzCash and withdraw via bank transfer.

The minimum deposit on CC7 varies slightly by payment method but is generally very accessible for Pakistani players. Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification — after that, subsequent withdrawals are faster. Common reasons for withdrawal delays include incomplete KYC verification, an active bonus with remaining wagering requirements, or a mismatch between your account name and your payment account name. If your withdrawal is declined, check your email for a notification explaining the reason. If your KYC is complete and there are no active bonus restrictions, contact CC7 support with your withdrawal reference number and they will resolve it promptly.
